Job Summary
The Team

Our Sales Operations team is the backbone of the NAM sales organization. We provide the infrastructure, data engineering, and strategic insights that allow our sales teams to focus on what they do best: protecting our customers. We value innovation, transparency, and a relentless focus on data accuracy and intelligent automation.

Your Career

As the NAM Business Insights (IC) Lead, you will serve as a technical and operational anchor within the North America (NAM) Shared Services team. You will be responsible for transforming raw operational data into the deep business insights and strategic narratives that drive our theater’s leadership decisions. This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales Operations, Finance, and Data Science. We are looking for a high-caliber professional with a strong data science mindset who can build predictive modeling workflows, manage complex funnel mechanics, and engineer AI-driven automation using frontier tools—all while maintaining the rigorous reporting checks and balances required for executive-level reviews.

Your Impact
  • Forecasting & Funnel Management: Optimize the theater's core forecasting methodology by blending advanced predictive modeling with existing operational frameworks. Architect waterfall analysis models to track pipeline health, leakage points, and conversion velocity across the entire sales funnel.
  • Business Insights & Strategic Reporting: Move far beyond basic reporting to deliver deep, diagnostic analytics. Direct the end-to-end delivery of critical business reviews, translating complex theater-level datasets into high-fidelity, actionable narratives for Sales and GTM Leadership.
  • Executive Business Reviews & Deal Insight: Architect high-impact strategic presentations for Sales and GTM Leadership; lead the analysis of top-tier opportunities and deal-band trends to ensure executive visibility into key growth drivers.
  • Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analytics: Build and refine data science models that project revenue, predict deal slippage, and evaluate historical performance patterns to drive absolute business predictability.
  • AI-Driven Operational Innovation: Proactively identify operational friction and deploy intelligent automation. Partner closely with IT and Enterprise Architecture teams to architect and scale secure workflows leveraging Google Gemini Enterprise and agentic frameworks.
  • Data Governance & Metric Integrity: Establish rigorous data auditing protocols. Maintain an uncompromising focus on data engineering quality to ensure 100% accuracy across all sales and financial performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, IT, GTM Strategy, and Global Operations to drive theater-wide alignment and maintain a unified source of truth.
Qualifications
Your Experience
  • Professional Background: 8+ years of progressive experience rooted in Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), Sales Operations, or quantitative Finance. A hybrid profile that deeply understands both statistical data modeling and the operational mechanics of a B2B sales engine is essential.
  • Data Science & Modeling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in BigQuery and SQL is required, along with Python (or R) for machine learning, automated script generation, data extraction, and statistical modeling. Highly skilled at transforming messy, raw data into clean, structured datasets optimized for downstream analytics.
  • BI & Technical Platform Expertise: Expert proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and Salesforce Forecasting (specifically Flow and Waterfall analytics). Proven ability to innovate through the architecture of complex BI data models and automated workflows. Experience with enterprise Sales Planning systems is a major advantage.
  • AI & Productivity Automation: A proven track record or hands-on capability leveraging generative AI platforms - such as Google Gemini Enterprise - to automate analytical tasks, summarize insights, or streamline manual processes.
  • Frontier AI Tooling (Preferred): Familiarity with advanced AI development workflows - such as using Claude Code for agentic terminal tasks and automated script generation - to accelerate internal data workflows.
  • Theater-Scale Execution: Experience supporting operational cadences for multi-billion dollar business units. Proven ability to navigate high-pressured deadlines (such as month-end and quarter-end close) with zero-defect quality and a rigorous analytical mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business). An MS in Data Science / Business Analytics or an MBA is highly preferred.
