This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, supports a commission structure, and emphasizes warm, engaging service while ensuring stations are prepared, inventory is accurate, and guest experiences remain luxurious and composed.

Qualifications

• Must possess current State Cosmetology License.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must handle stressful hotel operations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures are being followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis in your treatment room.
• Responsible for setting up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry on a timely basis.
• Ensure all inventory levels are accurate so that you are prepared for your day.
• Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

The Nail Technician provides quality, professional services to guests and use professional skills to meet the individual needs of each guest serviced. Ability to prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest.

Hourly rate of pay for this position: $14.47 plus commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:
