Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Tech/Manicurist for a part-time position. You will provide natural manicures and pedicures, hand and foot massages, and spa treatments using Miraval products for hotel guests.

This fully commissioned role pays 52% per service. You must display current licensing, stay informed on spa retail lines, and contribute to guest satisfaction while supporting department goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The Manicurist/Nail Technician is responsible forprovidingnailand hand services to guests, such as natural manicures and pedicures, hand and foot massage and a variety of treatments specific to Miraval and all pertinent product lines.

• This role is a fully commissioned role, that pays out at 52% commission per service.


• Possess and be willing to display all relevant licensing, dedicated to keeping current on any licensing changes and abiding to all rules and regulations associated with license.


• Staying up-to-date and educated on spa retail lines and products and proactively promotes these products to spa clients.


• Completing side work and closing duties as directed by Department Head or Manager.


• Drive to constantly improve the department and the spa.


• Commitment to seeking new opportunities and ways to please our clients and inspiring others to do the same


• Our resort is open 365 days a year.


• Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies in the handbook
