Guinn Beauty Institute is seeking a knowledgeable Nail Technology Instructor to lead theory and hands-on nail technology instruction for our 750-hour program. You will guide students toward state board licensure, demonstrate procedures, and assess progress in a supportive classroom.

Minimum qualifications include an Alabama license; teaching experience is preferred, and strong communication and sanitation knowledge are essential for maintaining a professional learning environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Alabama Cosmetology or Nail Technician License (Willing to train the right candidate)
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred (in a classroom, salon, or spa setting)
• Strong knowledge of skincare theory, facial techniques, hair removal, makeup application, sanitation, and state board requirements.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring estheticians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive classroom environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on demonstrations and guiding students through practical services.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn school systems for attendance, grading, and curriculum delivery.
