Job summary

Nouveau Day Spa, a partner of Advanced MedAesthetic Partners in the State of Washington, seeks a licensed nail technician to join our spa team. The role offers 40% commission on services, with both part-time and full-time options, and requires availability one Saturday per month.

You will perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, gel and polish applications, while maintaining sanitation standards and building repeat business through excellent client care.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Manicurist License in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed nail tech preferred.
• Strong manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and generate repeat business.
• Must be able to work 1 Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand desired nail service and provide recommendations.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, gel and polish applications.
• Recommend and sell retail nail and skin care products.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through service and rebooking.
• Maintain sanitation standards per Washington State requirements.
• Stay current on nail trends and product knowledge.
• Document services and product usage in POS system.
• Collaborate with spa team for a seamless client experience.
