Compensation: $18–$23/hour (depending on experience), tips, product commission.
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 (per current program).

We are seeking a highly professional Nail Technician or Cosmetologist who is eager to advance into medical nail care while supporting our podiatry team in delivering exceptional patient care.
Provide high-quality medical pedicures and natural nail care in a clinical spa environment alongside podiatry providers and physical therapists. We use only healthy products—no gel, acrylic, or dipping powders. Services focus on healthy, diabetic nails as well as thick, brittle, fungal, and medically compromised nails while providing exceptional client care.
Active Illinois Nail Technician or Cosmetology License.
Professional groomed appearance and customer service skills.
Personal vehicle required.
Paid Advanced Medical Nail Technician (MNT) training provided. Certification (online coursework and 40 clinical hours) must be completed within 120 days following the successful completion of the 30-day introductory probationary period. A 12-month employment commitment is required after certification. Early voluntary resignation or termination for misconduct requires repayment of training costs.
Annual MNT review courses and required product training.
32–40 hours per week (seasonal according to business needs).
Split between Yorkville and Morris locations.
One evening per week and one Saturday per month required.
