Qualifications

• Educate clients on nail health and maintenance.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per Texas licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and pedicures according to EARTH service protocols
• Provide Dazzle Dry, traditional gel polish, builder gel overlays, and Gel-X extensions
• Deliver wet and dry pedicures with proper callus care and cuticle work
• Maintain precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Educate clients on nail health and maintenance
• Greet clients professionally and maintain positive communication
• Ensure services are not rushed and meet brand quality standards
• Address client concerns calmly and professionally
• Support membership education and retention through excellent service
• Complete opening and closing duties to prepare and reset the salon
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
• Refill supplies and notify management of low inventory
• Attend required training and development sessions
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability
