Position Summary

The Nail Technician provides various manicure, pedicure, and nail services and treatments that enhance the guest’s overall well-being and improve their experience at the club, while embodying the mission, vision, and core values of LifeSpa and Salon. They collaborate with the entire team to deliver a professional and superior service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides personalized nail services and treatments tailored to clients’ needs and expectations.
2. Educates clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
3. Discusses options with clients to identify their individual needs.
4. Performs various nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures, and paraffin treatments.
5. Promotes and sells nail products, services, and treatments, encouraging repeat business.
6. Stays current on industry certifications and trends.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of nail technician experience.
• Cosmetology license valid in the state of work.
• Nail technician certification.

Pay

This position offers commissions ranging from 35% to 70%, depending on product sales and individual productivity. The weekly minimum pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
