We pay a competitive base hourly rate of $16-$18/hr, with tips from clients on every service and commission on nail art. A master educator supports ongoing training, and you can set your own schedule with weekend coverage as needed.

What can you expect from Saltmara?

We pay a competitive base hourly rate of $16-$18/hr based on skill set, and you are paid hourly even during non-booked time, so your income is always protected. In addition to your base rate, you will also earn tips directly from clients on every service, plus commission on nail art. With tips and commission, technicians have the potential to earn between $25-$35/hr. We also have a master educator on staff to support your ongoing training and growth in proper nail techniques.
