Job summary

Belen’s Beauty Boutique in Greenwich, CT is seeking a skilled Nail Artist to join our salon specializing in nails, lashes and brows. We offer a commission-based pay structure and tips.

Full-time and part-time roles with afternoon and weekend availability, strong sanitation standards, and access to established clientele.

You will perform gel, builder gel, gel-X, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and related services, while maintaining a professional, friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in several listed nail techniques is preferred.
• Strong portfolio and advanced skills may qualify for higher commission.
• Must maintain sanitation and client experience standards.

We are located in Glenville Shopping Center in Greenwich, anchored by DeCicco & Sons and alongside Green & Tonic, Luca's Pizzeria and Bluebird Taqueria.

Nail Experience We're Looking For

Experience in several of the following is preferred:

• E-file / detailed manicures
• Structured manicures
• Builder gel
• Gel manicures
• Gel-X
• Natural nail care
• Dazzle Dry
• Pedicures and spa pedicures
• Nail shaping
• Nail art

Lash experience is a major plus! Our salon specializes in nails, lashes and brows, and artists who are qualified in multiple services have additional opportunities to build their schedules and clientele.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available. We are especially looking for artists with afternoon and weekend availability. Sunday availability is strongly preferred. A consistent weekly schedule is required.

Compensation

30%–40% commission based on experience and skill level + 100% of tips. We provide all professional products, supplies, tools, equipment and uniform, as well as salon marketing and access to our established clientele. Experienced artists with advanced skills and a strong portfolio may qualify for our higher commission level.
