PAINT Nail Bar Jacksonville Beach is hiring 2–3 Nail Technicians to join our beachside studio. We prioritize natural nail health with a no-drill approach and offer gel services, Gel-X, and curated products in a modern, hygienic setting.

We seek licensed Florida nail professionals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow their skills. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible scheduling and a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

PAINT Nail Bar Jacksonville Beach is growing, and we’re looking for 2–3 talented, detail-oriented Nail Technicians to join our team. Located just blocks from the beach, our beautiful, modern nail bar offers a refreshing approach to nail care. What You'll Do

• Deliver beautiful, high-quality manicures and pedicures tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences.
• Perform gel manicures, structured/builder gel services, Gel-X extensions, and sculpted gel extensions according to your skill level.
• Provide Dazzle Dry services and traditional nail care.
• Create clean, polished finishes with attention to detail, nail shape, cuticle care, product application, and wear.
• Practice and promote natural nail health using our no-drill service philosophy.
• Educate guests on nail care, maintenance, service options, and appropriate home care.
• Deliver a warm, professional, personalized guest experience from consultation through checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all applicable sanitation, disinfection, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment.
• Continue developing your skills through product education, training, and hands-on learning.
