The role emphasizes high hygiene standards, nail art, and personalized service in a spa environment. The ideal candidate will have proven nail care experience, strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills, plus a valid state license or cosmetology certification.

Qualifications

• Previous spa/salon/resort experience preferred.
• Proven experience in nail care services and nail art.
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.) according to spa standards and guest preferences.
• Shape, clean, and polish nails while ensuring high hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide hand and foot massages during treatments as needed.
• Recommend nail care products and services to clients.
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Ensure client satisfaction by listening to their needs and delivering personalized service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations.

Education

State license/certification in Nail Technology or Cosmetology

Essential Job Functions
