Join Saratoga's Award-Winning Nail Lounge & Boutique! We are seeking a passionate, fully licensed Nail Technician to join our salon in Saratoga Springs, NY. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services using only the best natural-based and non-reactive products, including manicures, gel manicures, nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and care
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable nail polish shades and designs that complement clients' skin tones and preferences
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide nail care advice, and upsell retail products such as nail polishes or skincare items
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards through ongoing education and training
• Ensure a clean, organized work environment that complies with all health regulations and safety standards
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products related to nail care, skincare, or other beauty and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue

Experience

• Must be fully licensed in the state of NY. Prior experience is a plus, but not a requirement; a strong portfolio of nail art and techniques is helpful
• Knowledge of color theory, gel manicures, nail application, and nail extensions is essential
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures is required
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building lasting relationships
• Experience in retail sales or upselling beauty products is a plus
• Certification as a licensed NYS Nail Technician is a requirement
