Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Nail Technician to join our spa team, delivering premium nail services in a serene setting to ensure guest comfort and lasting results.

Responsibilities include precise nail care, schedule adherence, clean stations, and educating guests on treatments and home care. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and participate in spa trainings.

Qualifications

• Must possess current State Cosmetology or Nail Tech License.
• 1-year minimum experience in nail services.
• Knowledge and adherence to all industry sanitation laws.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of services while maintaining a relaxing environment.
• Begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct protocol and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Set up nail stations and pedicure bowls and/or thrones according to procedures and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Ensure backbar inventory levels are communicated.
• Re-stock treatment rooms for close of day.
• Relay product and service benefits to clients.
• Attend all department training courses and meetings.
• Perform other duties required by management.

To provide quality, professional services to guests and use professional skills to meet the individual needs of each guest serviced. Ability to prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest. Educate guests regarding home maintenance and the benefits of additional services.

• To begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct protocol and procedures are always followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines, etc. are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for setting up nail stations and pedicure bowls and/or thrones according to procedures and adhere to the presentation and cleanliness standard.
• Ensure backbar inventory levels are communicated.
• Ensure proper re-stock of assigned treatment room(s) for close of each day.
• Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.
• Required attendance of all department training courses and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications:
