Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Experience in pallet manufacturing, lumber, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
• Basic math and measuring skills preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets and wood products using a pneumatic nail gun.
• Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air nail guns and related equipment.
• Measure, position, and assemble lumber components according to specifications.
• Move, stack, and secure lumber products and materials.
• Label and prepare products for shipment and ensure correct quantities.
• Maintain production records and assist with inventory control.
