Job summary

Qualifications

• Resumes must be two pages (or less).
• Six months of HR work experience demonstrating recruitment support, employee relations support or personnel action processing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with a variety of HR information systems.
• 12 months of work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers the NAF Human Resources Program in a generalist capacity.
• Receives and processes routine and complex personnel actions.
• Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies.
• Answers general human resources questions and inquiries.
• Uses systems to track requests for personnel actions and update status.
