Summary of Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the store.
  • Provide a unique store experience to customers with a fun, professional attitude.
  • Motivate staff to drive sales and meet goals.
  • Maintain store appearance and organization according to company guidelines and good taste.
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

  • Lift furniture weighing 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Help with rearranging furniture around the store.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience and basic math skills.
  • Previous retail management experience preferred.
  • Interior design/decorating knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
  • Visual Merchandising experience required.
  • Passion for furniture and home décor sales.
  • Ability to use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Yelp, etc.).
  • Professional presentation and ability to follow directions.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Weekend availability and flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs daily.
