Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management, recruiting programs, or early careers.
• Experience managing large-scale internship/graduate programs and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own design, delivery, and continuous improvement of North America intern/graduate programs.
• Develop and execute annual program roadmaps aligned to enterprise talent objectives.
• Ensure inclusive participant experiences across sites and organizations.
