Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a strategic Finance Leader to mentor Plant Controllers across North America. You will drive rolling forecasts, ensure consistent costing, and oversee regional financial integrity while partnering with Operations to shape the regional strategy.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years in automotive finance, strong ERP experience, and an MBA/CMA. This is a senior, on-site role based in Novi, MI with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
MBA or CMA is strongly preferred.
Expert-level experience with large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor Plant Controllers in North America, ensuring CFO-minded leadership.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecast across NA sites with data-grounded projections.
Standardize cost calculations across plants using common tools and account usage.
Review monthly site results to identify trends and support plants in achieving profit goals.
Provide oversight of the region's balance sheet, inventory valuations, accruals, and audit readiness.
Review and approve major capex requests and identify automation opportunities to reduce costs.
Partner with Operations to plan regional strategy including footprint, product mix and capabilities.
Translate factory-floor data into clear financial reports for leadership decisions.
