Job summary

Provisur Technologies Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a senior finance leader to oversee multiple North American manufacturing plants.

You will direct month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting activities; partner with plant leadership to drive cost optimization and improved operational performance. Lead standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation; mentor staff, ensure strong controls, and support audits while aligning with corporate policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of professional accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Cost accounting experience including standard costs, BOMs, routings, and variances.
• Experience building and managing a finance team across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and budgeting for two North American plants.
• Lead cost accounting activities, including standard cost development and variance analysis.
• Monitor monthly results against budget with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to drive operational improvements and cost optimization.
• Direct and develop finance staff to ensure strong performance and controls; support audits.
