Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation seeks a Senior Specialist in Health Care Compliance to lead monitoring and training activities for the NA & GCSO Performance Center. This role focuses on risk-based monitoring, identifying gaps, and delivering high-quality trend analyses across North America.

You will coordinate compliance training, guide peers, and ensure audit-ready documentation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, monitoring, and/or analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to summarize findings for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized monitoring reviews for assigned risk areas; provide guidance to peers on approach and documentation.
• Perform complex reviews of data to identify compliance risks and document defensible findings.
• Coordinate and lead compliance training programs within North America.
• Develop narratives and recommendations from monitoring outputs for stakeholders.
• Partner with Operational Intelligence to embed insights into dashboards and metrics.
• Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
