Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking an analyst to join the Americas Equities structuring team. You will assist in ideation, pricing, and origination of new payoffs and products for hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients.

You will liaise with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research to drive product development. Ideal candidates have a quantitative finance background, hands-on Python experience, and a keen interest in financial markets and AI-enabled workflows.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or finance-related discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science), or equivalent practical experience
• Prior hands-on Python experience (academic, internship, or professional) with proven data analysis skills
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to partner with a broad range of people
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of derivatives, including standard options pricing models (e.g., local volatility) and structured investments
