Job summary

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of healthcare compliance experience in pharma/biotech.
- Experience advising Market Access and US payer/reimbursement topics.
- Strong knowledge of US pharma compliance requirements and standards.
- Experience leading risk assessments, monitoring, and training.
Responsibilities
- Lead North America Compliance for US Commercial with Market Access focus.
- Advise senior leaders on compliance for product launches, pricing, contracting and customer engagement.
- Partner with Legal, Global Compliance, and regional teams to embed controls in processes.
- Develop policies, training, and field guidance for US Commercial and Market Access activities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate compliance into planning and execution.
