Regency Hermiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is offering a paid training program for individuals pursuing Certified Nursing Assistant certification. The program includes a $1,500 value curriculum and tuition paid by Regency when you commit to working with us.

As a student, you will be introduced to hands-on care under professional nurses, with opportunities to transition into full-time CNA roles upon licensing.

• Completion may lead to full-time CNA opportunities after licensing and qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care to residents as a CNA-in-training and as a full CNA.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety.
• Learn in a hands-on environment under the supervision of professional nurses.
• Earn wages as a CNA once trained and employed full-time; participate in a benefits package.
• Support the health care team and contribute to compassionate resident care.
