Regency Hermiston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality resident care on multiple shifts. You will help residents with daily living activities, document care and follow established care plans to support dignity and independence.

The role requires Oregon CNA certification, CPR/BLS eligibility, and strong communication with residents and the care team. Three shifts and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA certification in Oregon.
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong observation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure care plans are followed and share updates with staff.
• Attend to residents’ grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and toileting.
• Maintain skin integrity; turn and reposition immobile residents.
• Protect residents’ belongings and report missing items.
• Take vital signs, weights, apply creams, collect specimens and assist mobility.
• Document care according to department policies.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
