Job summary

Nike Direct’s NDDC Assortment Planner role focuses on shaping the product assortment and pricing strategy for North America. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketplace, Finance, and Business Unit teams to align demand with profitable growth and ensure timely product availability across channels.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in retail planning or related disciplines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and forecasting.
Experience presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

Support product forecasting and pricing strategies with performance analysis.
Develop and maintain planning reports to improve decision-making.
Monitor forecast accuracy and communicate weekly analyses to stakeholders.
Partner with Merchandising, Marketplace, Finance, and Inventory Planning to align plans.
Lead weekly markdown execution with pricing and inventory alignment.
Monitor price positioning and identify pricing opportunities.
Manage inventory health across product lifecycle including open-to-buy.
