Job summary
N3AS Physics Frontier Center Fellows invites two postdoctoral appointments at UC Berkeley for fall 2027. Fellows will work across theoretical physics and astrophysics with host institutions Kentucky and Los Alamos Laboratory; salaries begin at $78K with travel and relocation allowances.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in theoretical physics or astrophysics (on/after Aug 2024) and demonstrate collaboration across diverse teams.
Qualifications
- Recent Ph.D. (on or after August 2024) in theoretical physics or astrophysics.
- Ability to work productively in a diverse, collaborative environment; produce/publish original research and defend it in seminars.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish original research in collaboration with host institutions.
- Present research in seminars and scientific meetings; defend findings effectively.
- Collaborate across multiple institutions within the N3AS network.
