Job Description

As the Retail Mystery Shopper (Independent Contractor) – Gainesville, FL, you will play a crucial role in the mission of NSF – to protect and improve human and planet health. As a mystery shopper, you will have the opportunity to travel around the Gainesville territory to specific restaurants to assess their quality based on a predefined criteria.

Responsibilities

Principle Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Verify portion sizes, ingredients, and presentation of the order to ensure consistency with brand standards
• Manage your own work plans for completing tasks during designated hours

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proficient with using a food scale, ruler, and written communication
• Willing to travel to designated restaurants in the Gainesville area multiple times; typically once per week
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to visit restaurants during hours of 11am-8pm
• Able to visit restaurants on weekdays and weekends
• Must live or go to school within 30 miles of Gainesville, FL

Pay Rate: $35 per restaurant visit plus reimbursement for food costs and $70 for training.
