Job summary

IWS Group is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join as Shopper Insights Associates who will visit retail locations and assess service quality and customer experience. You will act as a regular customer to provide objective feedback and report your observations with accuracy.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, adhering to guidelines, and maintaining confidentiality. Training is provided; ages 21–25 are required for regulatory reasons.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assignments on time.
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
• Dependability and integrity.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Age 21–25 required.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations and pose as a typical customer.
• Observe and evaluate service quality, behavior, product availability, cleanliness, and store appearance.
• Follow assignment guidelines and scenarios for each shop.
• Record detailed and objective observations in a written report.
• Submit completed reports by the deadline.
• Maintain confidentiality of your role as a mystery shopper.
