If you are a reliable, safety conscious and hardworking individual who would enjoy working in a fun and exciting family amusement park, then this is the job for you! We are currently seeking an outgoing and friendly person to join our team as an Arcade and Attraction Attendant. This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding guest assistance in the arcade and the park's attractions. Team members will follow all aspects of The Track's "Friendly, Clean, and Safe Service" mantra while on the job. As an active team member of the arcade and rides departments, you will be in direct contact with management and team leads to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.

As an Arcade and Attraction Attendant you will:

• Welcome all guests, positively interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable of pricing and park policies
• Encourage arcade guests to play games and assist as needed
• Explain rules and procedures, and oversee operations within the arcade
• Assist guests with the kiosk as needed
• Award prizes and keep the redemption station stocked with merchandise
• Collect payments and issue point cards
• Work in a fast paced, high-volume, and exciting environment
• Assist guests on and off the attractions; providing instruction when needed
• Follow all ride specific safety procedures including but not limited to checking heights, checking restraints, ensuring bags and loose items are not allowed on the ride, etc.
• Maintain a safe work environment for guests and team members
• Continually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area
• Work as a team and perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with great customer service skills
• Ability to utilize POS system and related equipment
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, days/evenings, and weekdays when needed for operation
• Must be willing to work indoors with artificial and natural lighting
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct sunlight and hot/cold weather
• Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods
• Must be able to operate and climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be professional, energetic, and have a positive attitude at all times
• Must be able and willing to meet all Track grooming standards daily

Working Conditions: As an Arcade and Attraction Attendant, work is performed in indoor and outdoor conditions. When operating Attractions, work occurs outdoors in varying weather conditions with and without shade structures. When assisting guests in the arcade, work is performed indoors under artificial lighting with various levels of light and sound. Arcade and Attraction Attendants will be standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching throughout their shift.
