Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
  2. Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
  3. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, without a fixed schedule. Administrative work is performed in a normal office setting.
  4. Irregular working hours may be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays when the need arises.
  5. May have to obtain and maintain certifications such as Emergency First Responder, CPR, Food Handlers, and C.A.R.E within 90 days of hire.
  6. Wearing protective clothing and equipment may be required as situations warrant.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and recreation activities.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and administer events and activities.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of leisure activities, Navy MWR mission, and recreation operations.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain records, organize data, and perform research.
  • Proficiency with computers and office procedures.
Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.
