Job Description

Mt. Washington Elementary School is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Archery Coach to support our archery program.

The assistant coach will work alongside the head coach to:

• Help plan and lead practices
• Teach proper archery techniques and safety procedures
• Support and encourage student-athletes
• Supervise students during practices and competitions
• Assist with equipment setup, care, and organization
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, responsibility, and the Braves Way

Previous archery or coaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all students.
