What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct remote operation execution of MWD services, ensuring service delivery through pre-run verification and post-run analysis
• Maintain documentation and follow up on issues within MS Directional R&M databases
• Coordinate well planning communication to field operations and conduct anti-collision scans
• Monitor all MWD jobs live and provide proactive support
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of MSD MWD field experience or 2+ years of MWD industry experience
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and other business systems
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Live in or relocate to the Houston, TX area
• Knowledgeable in MWD theory (Pulse and EM)
• Technical, Associate's, or higher formal education degree(s)
• Proficient in MWD systems and software knowledge (e.g., BenchTree, Noralis, Extreme EM)
• Experience in MWD/DD field operations and/or remote MWD/DD operations
