We are seeking two experienced Classification and Compensation Analysts to serve as Facilitators for Focus Group Meetings for large-scale classification studies. In this role, you will leverage your experience and passion for action to facilitate focus group meetings, collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather input for creating and revising job descriptions. You will synthesize feedback, participate in collecting and analyzing compensation data, and prepare reports highlighting key findings and recommendations. You will also perform other classification and compensation duties as needed to support the department.
These are District Temporary positions, estimated to end 18 months from the start date.

Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday / Every other Friday off. Monday through Thursday, 9 hours per day; every other Friday, 8 hours per day. Start times are no earlier than 6 am and end no later than 6 pm.
Hybrid: The current practice is a hybrid work schedule, typically including two days in person and the other days remote. This is subject to change based on organizational needs. A telework policy is under negotiation and will finalize the hybrid schedule once implemented.
