Job summary

Wow Logistics Company is seeking a Warehouse Worker at the Appleton Distribution Center. The role involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, fulfilling orders, and maintaining accurate inventory through RF scanning.

A paid 2-week training program and mentorship support readiness are provided. Shift schedule is 2-2-3 non-rotating from 6:30am to 6:00pm with a base pay of $20/hour plus a $2/hour shift premium and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Comfort with fast-paced warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders and build pallets using MHE.
• Operate MHE such as forklifts safely and follow safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: work independently or with others to meet high-demand workloads.
• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products with RF scanning accuracy.
