What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee the regional sales team in the assigned geography to achieve sales and growth targets
- Expand cash flow and plan participation levels within current clients while acquiring new rolling assets
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, union officials, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor sales activities and results, motivating sales leaders and retirement plan specialists
- Collaborate with various departments such as Finance, Marketing, and Product Management to implement new products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA licenses required: 7, 63, 65 (or 66), and 24
- Minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience at a senior level leading sales teams
- Proven client relationship management experience in the public sector and retirement plan management
- Strong background in sales management with experience in leading geographically dispersed teams
