• Lead and execute routine inspections and maintenance on critical and non‑critical electrical infrastructure to prevent issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections and parts replacements.
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide guidance and training to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish maintenance schedules by equipment criticality.
• Keep documentation of electrical distribution systems up to date.
• Complete work in a timely manner while upholding quality standards.
• Review construction docs for electrical infrastructure concerns.
