Experience: 3 to 7+ years

Responsibilities:

1. Working knowledge in Cisco (Routing and Switching, Security)
2. Troubleshooting tickets with relevant tools (Wireshark, Packet Tracer, SolarWinds, etc.)
3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations within each regional Network Operations Centre.
4. Tracking daily incidents and handling escalations with end-to-end follow-up of incidents.

Skill Set:

1. Cisco hands-on experience
2. Security – ASA or Palo Alto Firewall or FortiGate
3. Troubleshooting knowledge in Cisco
4. Experience with SD-WAN
5. EIGRP and BGP knowledge
