The University of Florida School of Theatre and Dance seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor of Musical Theatre to provide collaborative leadership for the BFA Musical Theatre program through teaching, student mentorship, recruitment, and service. Qualifications

• Proven professional performance experience in musical theatre.
• Experience teaching mentorship and advising undergraduate students.
• Ability to recruit and support student development.
• Capability to coordinate curriculum and program development.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses from introductory to advanced levels in musical theatre.
• Direct fall and/or concert musical productions and collaborate with production staff.
• Mentor BFA Musical Theatre and Acting students and contribute to recruitment activities.
• Support curriculum development, assessment, and program growth across acting, voice, and dance.
