Qualifications

• Every other year position starting 2026-2027.
• Current certified staff member preferred.
• Understand a backstage production process for support.
• Experience with youth (11–14) in camp/school settings preferred.
• Mentoring attitude prioritizes student growth and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production setup, posters, programs, props, and costumes.
• Monitor student coverage of events, 1-2 times per week.
• Manage storage, use, and repair of school equipment.
• Order supplies for production per district budget.
• Be a positive role model for participants and mentor students.
