Qualifications

• Must have Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151).
• Must have Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34).
• Must have FBI Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114).
• Must have completed Act 126 Child/Student Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training.
• Must submit Arrest or Conviction Form (PDE 6004) (Act 24).
• Must provide School Personnel Health Record (Physical including TB test).
• Must disclose Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Information (Act 168).
