Schedule: M-F / on call rotation

Qualifications

Be the Best Hospice Music Therapist You Can Be

• Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy or equivalent from an AMTA-approved university.
• Reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and minimum state-required auto insurance.

Required Certifications and Licensures

• Board Certified in Music Therapy (MT-BC) by the CBMT.
• Additional qualifications for Level II: 2 years of full-time healthcare experience, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification.
• Additional qualifications for Level III: 5 years of full-time healthcare experience, Master's Degree in Music Therapy or equivalent, highest state licensure if applicable, approved AMTA Intern Supervisor status, and Advanced HPMT certification.
