Anchor Health is seeking a Music Therapist to provide initial assessment and ongoing therapy for hospice patients in home or community settings. The Music Therapist provides an initial assessment for referred hospice patients, determines therapeutic goals, and works with individuals, family members, and staff to meet these goals using a systematic application of music interventions in the patient's homes or alternate community settings.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Music with a concentration in Music Therapy and must meet educational requirements to achieve certification from the Certification Board of Music Therapist. Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy or Master's Degree in Music Therapy Preferred. Previous experience with terminally ill patients is highly desirable.
