About the Role

We are hiring for on-site Music Therapist positions in La Crescenta, CA. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with benefits.

Our core services include: Individual and group-based Music Therapy; Adaptive Music Lessons for neurodiverse children and teens.

Full-Time Openings

• Staff Music Therapist (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $36.50 - $37.50

Annual Salary: $75,920 - $78,000

Vacation: 80 hours

Health Benefits: $300/month via IACRHA

Part-Time Openings

• Music Therapist (Part-Time)

Hourly Rate: $30 - $55

Group Session Rate: $75 - $90

Flexible Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 2 PM - 8 PM

Saturday: 9 AM - 3 PM

Our part-time rates range from $30 - $55 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and work productivity. Group-based session rates range from $75 - $90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Music Therapy
• Board Certification from the CBMT. Candidates who are going to take their CBMT soon are also welcome to apply!
• Experience in developing individualized treatment plans and using music as a therapeutic tool
• Strong ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Understanding of and adherence to ethical standards in Music Therapy
