Role Overview

As a Music Teacher, you will teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Your focus will be on increasing student count, ensuring each student’s growth, development, and enjoyment of music, while fostering our culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
• Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum
• Assist with customer service to build and maintain long-term student relationships
• Additional duties as assigned

Student & Parent Engagement

• Communicate regularly with students and families, building trust and embracing parental insights
• Update parents on student progress
• Share goals and progress frequently

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in Music, Education, or related field
• Proficiency in teaching specific instruments such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the instrument taught
