Music Teacher Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count and ensure ongoing student growth and enjoyment.
• Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students based on community needs.
• Assist with customer service and create a positive experience for students and parents.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and goals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Proficiency in teaching an instrument such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the instrument taught.
