Job Responsibilities

1. Teach music lessons following Guitar Center curriculum
2. Increase student count and ensure student growth and enjoyment
3. Foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect
4. Partner with store Lessons Lead for scheduling and student retention
5. Build trusting relationships with students and families
6. Communicate student progress and goals
7. Assist with customer service as needed
8. Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in music, education, or related field
• Proficiency in an instrument such as guitar, drums, keyboard, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in teaching
