Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons under the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, helping students grow, stay engaged, and enjoy making music while upholding our culture of integrity and inclusion.

You will partner with the store Lessons Lead to manage student headcount, teach multiple instruments, assist with customer service to build long-term students, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching music or in education.
• Ability to teach instrument proficiency (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.).
• Strong communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count while ensuring students grow, develop and enjoy playing music.
• Assist with customer service to build long-term students and provide a great experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
