Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum. You will work with the store team to increase student headcount and ensure ongoing growth and enjoyment in music.

You will nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion, and musical passion while maintaining high teaching standards and customer service. Prior experience in music or education is preferred, with proficiency in the instrument you teach.

Qualifications

• Experience in music or education field.
• Ability to teach instruments proficiently (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrated teaching competency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons using Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Schedule and retain student headcount with the Lessons Lead.
• Assist with customer service to build long-term students.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
