Job summary

THE·TEAM in New York's Financial District seeks an Assistant to support an active agent, handling calendars, travel, and day-to-day operations across music clients and a few athletes. You will manage high-volume scheduling, coordinate partnerships, prepare itineraries, assist with contracts and invoicing, and liaise with brands and production teams to ensure seamless show and deal execution.

Qualifications

  • Requires strong administrative capabilities and ability to manage a high-volume calendar.
  • Experience coordinating travel and meetings across multiple time zones and clients.
  • Proven ability to communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Desk & Executive Support: manage day-to-day operations of the agent's desk, calendar, travel, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Client & Talent Management: be a day-to-day contact for clients, coordinate partnerships, content, appearances, and deliverables.
  • Partnership & Deal Execution: track terms, contracts, invoicing, approvals, and coordinate with brands, agencies, and production teams.
  • Booking & Show Administration: enter offers, manage contracts, and chase signed documents.
  • Business Development & Brand Outreach: research brands, create opportunities, and prepare pitch materials.
